I thought you might like to see how inviting the back porch is at night. Imagine nice music, the hot tub is open, cold beer and barbecue...CLICK TO BIGGIFYgreen building with white trim is the potting shed and storage. The clear polycorbanate roof over the back porch shown here is the GOOD STUFF, and, as with all my building, is hell for stout.

Some of these pictures will be out of date, as I am constantly upgrading, painting, fixing-up (it's just what I like to do, y'know?) and Ellen is always working around in the flower beds and whatnot. Whoever DOES end up getting this place is going to get a helluva deal, as these two 60+ year-olds are going to travel light to New Zealand and not return.
Just email me at JOETRUCKatGMAIL.COM if you have any questions at all.
Thank you, Joe

I made a little video to show you the back porch. I think I will make more of these, as they may help you decide to email me for more information before buying it.
In this you also see Ellen's potting shed (darker turquoise color), and the very West end of my 24 X 36 foot garage/workshop building (lighter green).

Here is a picture from today (6 July, 08) showing the back porch. Also two from the other day showing the view looking in from the front door toward the sliding glass door to the back and one looking in toward the front door, showing the living area. It measures about 15 feet by about 26 1/2 feet. You can see how the inside and outside living areas flow together. I am hoping to get new paint and new kitchen counters and cabinets installed this Winter. We will see how that goes, eh?
